Scottish Rite Hall of Honor
Pillars of Charity Portrait Gallery
The Scottish Rite Donor Recognition Program honors the brethren and friends who have made donations to the Scottish Rite’s charities. Donors are recognized for gifts made at various levels of contributions. Gifts may be made to the House of the Temple Historic Preservation Foundation, Inc., the Scottish Rite Foundation, SJ, Inc., or a local Scottish Rite foundation. Donors may make their gifts through pledges, bequests in wills, donations of cash, property, life insurance, pensions, as well as by establishing a trust, gift annuity or pooled income fund.

Any gift of $10,000 or more given to your local Scottish Rite Foundation for any purpose makes you eligible for the above appropriate nameplate and Gold Book of Recognition by the Scottish Rite Foundation, S.J., USA, Inc.
The Scottish Rite Donor Recognition Program acknowledges direct gifts of cash and securities, approved real estate, contributions to the Scottish Rite Foundation Pooled Income Fund, the Scottish Rite Foundation Charitable Gift Annuity Program, Charitable Remainder Trusts, life insurance, and gifts (bequests) through wills, and gifts through the Pledge Program. Let us know if we can answer any questions regarding the Scottish Rite Donor Recognition Program. We wish to thank all of our generous donors for their support and for helping the children we are serving throughout America.
*Please note: tokens of appreciation such as crystal vases, china plates or bowls, and original oil portraits in the Pillars of Charity are sent from the Supreme Council only in recognition of contributions to the House of the Temple Preservation Foundation, Inc., or the Scottish Rite Foundation, S.J., USA, Inc., not for contributions to local Foundations.
**A donor who divides his gift between a local foundation and either the Scottish Rite Foundation, S.J., USA, Inc., or the House of the Temple Historic Preservation Foundation, Inc., giving at least $500,000 to one of the national Foundations, will qualify for the Pillars of Charity recognition level.
